Fees

Investor Fee Structure

There are no setup or ongoing fees for investors (happy dance). The only fees are the 3% transaction fees when you make your investment. This fee will be added before you make your payment.

Business Fee Structure

There are two fees:  A once-off platform license fee of 6% of the capital raised (if your campaign reaches it's minimum funding target), as well as an administration fee of 1% per annum (or a minimum of R20,000 per annum).
